Overnight oats are a staple for smart eaters. Not only are they full of fibers, protein and lots of minerals, but also takes less than 5 mins to prepare. Over the years, I tried different flavors but the peanut flavor is my favorite. The protein and unsaturated fats from the peanut butter makes it a power food for the mornings.
All you need is a mason jar, oats, milk of your choice (I prefer yoghurt), peanut butter, honey and fruits as toppings but it is optional.

Into a mason jar, add ½ cup of oats, ½ cup of milk or yoghurt,2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon(optional)

Tightly close the jar and store it in the fridge till the next morning

In the morning, add your favorite fruits as your toppings and enjoy
